In mid December 2007 I contacted Sat/Net Puerto Penasco (SNPP) desperate to meet my communication needs
in Rocky Point. I run a complex investment company with limited staff and complicated and sophisticated
issues which require both personal phone communication and VERY secure internet service.
SNPP took care of all my needs with no work required on my part. They coordinated with Telmex, Vonage,
Prodigy and the condo's management to get me operational on December 28, 2007. Thanks to SNPP, when
I took possession of my new condo in mid January, 2008 I was fully phone and internet functional and
now I can do deals looking at the beach and the best part is nobody knows I am not even in Phoenix, thanks to SNPP.
They have my highest recommendation.

Sat/Net Puerto Peñasco, has been our internet service provider in Rocky Point for several of years now.
I have to admit I was surprised to even find an internet service that was not directly connected to a
land line.
The service has been great. But even better, if and when something goes wrong, you talk to
a REAL Person, not a computer-generated voice. Barbara and I are pretty internet intensive. We use
the service to listen to KJZZ.ORG from Phoenix, do email, search the internet, and even to work on
our own web sites, as well as VOIP Telephone. It provides a strong feeling of being home away from
home.

I was first introduced to Sat/Net Puerto Peñasco in May 2005. I have been a frequent visitor of Puerto
Peñasco
since 1975 and now have a dream vacation home there since 1998. I am a Senior Development engineer with a
leading Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. and required to have Internet VPN connection to work abroad.
Sat/Net has aloud me to do so and be able to work reliably from Penasco. Need I say more?
As a casual user Sat/Net is the best thing I’ve seen in Penasco for internet and e-mail and as
an intense VPN connection it's even better. The service and reliability are world class for our
growing Mexico hideaway!

We were one of Sat/Net Puerto Penasco's first customers. Living on a hill and having an
all block house presented some challenges, but not for these experts. They stepped
in and for over 3 years now I have had great internet service. I am promptly informed
if there will be downtime due to a connection problem and my phone calls are promptly
returned if I have questions. It's a pleasure to be able to communicate with real people.
